Thanks for visiting OverKill Off Road on the internet!  We fabricate  custom parts and items for just about anything but our specialty are Jeeps!  Have a look around and don't forget to sign the guest book!

OverKill Off Road was established in 2001 and had been responsible for providing Custom Bumpers, Sport / Roll Cages, Sport Bars,  Front Hoops,  Spreader Bars,  Nerf Bars,  Shock Loops,  Tube Fenders and  Other Custom Parts ever since.   We are capable of tube bending and welding fabrications.  Tubing sizes are:  2",  1-3/4", 1-1/2", and 1-1/4" .  Our specialty is in the area of JEEPS.  You want it, we can build it OverKill style!    Our business is located outside of Winnebago, IL (West of Rockford).    Please call or email for an appointment and ask for Mark, the obsessive compulsive Jeep Perfectionist!

We are very big into the Jeep thing and have been for many years. Mark has been into 4x4's since before having a drivers license.
He always bought older Jeeps and built them up and made them stronger. Well, finally he decided that wasn't the way to go because it would never be completely what he wanted. So with the last one he started with a frame and added the things he wanted to it.

While in the middle of that project he was finding that companies were not offering things heavy duty enough or exactly what he wanted.  So being a tool & die maker by trade he started making his own things. Our Jeep club buddies decided they liked some of his ideas and wanted Mark to build things for them. That's basically how we got started with OverKill Off Road in a nutshell.
